About
An independent wealth firm in Miami advising families, founders and executives

Problem
Aligned’s founders left a large wealth platform to start a modern firm built on transparent fees, no proprietary products and investing grounded in evidence. Their clients are high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families, founders and executives who have heard the industry’s usual promises many times. Aligned needed a brand and a website that would stand on their own from the first day. Every public line would also go through compliance review under the SEC Marketing Rule, which rules out the superlatives and guarantees that creative and content usually rely on.
Solution
Syrens built the brand around the founders’ clearest conviction and distilled it into the tagline “The only side we’re on is yours.” The visual system gives the firm a look of its own in a category where most firms look alike. The identity takes its cue from the firm’s name: in motion, a set of bars keeps shifting toward alignment, the way Aligned works with each family over time. The wordmark steps away from the over-polished perfection common in wealth management, signaling a firm that moves forward with its clients through new technology and methods. A warm palette counters the coldness of the category and honors the firm’s Miami roots. The whole identity is built as a system that carries itself across every creative touchpoint. The messaging opens with what each family gets: an advisor who knows them, fees they can see, and planning that starts with what the wealth is for. It backs each point with facts the firm can document, so the copy holds up under compliance review and in the eyes of a discerning reader.

Project information
The engagement started in April 2026 with the brand identity, which Syrens developed into a full system and documented in brand guidelines. The website followed: information architecture, copy and design, built in Webflow to WCAG 2.1 AA, with the required disclosures designed into the layout. The copy was written for two readers at once, the firm’s compliance reviewer and a family deciding whom to trust with its wealth.
Before the site launched, Aligned brought Syrens on through the Creative Subscription. The team that developed the brand and built the website now handles the firm’s creative work as it comes up, from new pages and content to video and client materials. One team keeps the brand consistent wherever Aligned shows up.
